Minda Dowling has been sourcing and commissioning artwork for hotels since 1984. She is a native New Yorker who has been actively selling fine art since 1977. In collaboration with Ray Brill, Minda founded Artefact Hotel Art Consultants Ltd located in London's vibrant West End.
